Order Guidelines

Prices
All website prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Duty, applicable taxes, freight charges and any special packaging charges are excluded and will be added to the invoice. Products and prices are correct at the time of printing but are subject to change without notice. Current prices will be confirmed at the time an order is placed.

Ordering
You can set up an account by placing a website order and completing the associated fields. You may also contact us by email with information about your company/organization such as website, company size, company history, etc.

Payments
We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors). We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information. The payment processors we work with are: Authorize.Net

Shipping
When possible, METALFRON INC uses priority delivery services or we will ship by the method specified by the Buyer. Shipment of hazardous items is governed by the Ministry of Transportation and the International Air Transport Association (IATA). Products that require special packaging and conditions may incur additional charges per shipment. TRC adheres to all regulations governing the transportation of our products. For USA based recipients, by purchasing any applicable product from METALFRON INC ,you authorize METALFORN INC to act as your agent for the purpose of preparing Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) certification statements.

Returning Policy
Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at sales@metalfron.com to validate that your materials qualify for return. Once qualified, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number. (RMA) along with instructions on how and where to return the product.
We reserve the right not to accept merchandise returned after 14 days of the issuance of an RMA. METALFRON INC will not accept items returned without an RMA number. No returns will be accepted unless pre-authorized and within 60 days from invoice date. Materials must be in saleable condition, in the original packaging, and will be subject to a re-stocking charge.

Toxicity and Hazards
All of our chemicals should be handled only by qualified personnel trained in laboratory procedure and familiar with the potential hazards.
Information may not be available on the possible hazards of many compounds. The absence of a warning must not be interpreted as indication or representation of safety. A complete MSDS is available on the METALFORN website or upon request. METALFORN INC bares no responsibility for the improper handling of any chemical. All goods sold by METALFORN INC carry the condition that liability for any injury, loss or damage whatsoever to persons or real property resulting from the purchase is at the sole responsibility of the buyer. Acceptance of our goods binds the Buyer to these terms.

Warranties
METALFORN INC Warrants that all compounds provided match the description and specifications as stated in our catalogue and on our certificates of analysis. This warranty is exclusive, and seller makes no other warranty, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose or use. METALFORN INC’s sole and exclusive liability and Buyer’s exclusive remedy with respect to products proved to METALFORN INC’s satisfaction to be defective or nonconforming shall be the replacement of such products without charge or refund of the purchase price, at the sole direction of METALFORN INC, upon the return of such products in accordance with METALFORN INC’s instruction. METALFORN INC shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential or contingent damages. Buyer must notify METALFORN INC within five days after the products have been received or such products shall be deemed to have been accepted. For errors in ordering by the Buyer, no item will be accepted for return without a METALFORN INC issued return authorization number. Upon return, a restocking fee will be charged. If delivery of a shipment to the Buyer is refused, a restocking fee of at least 30% (to a minimum of $150USD) will apply. No license or immunity under any patent is granted or is to be implied by or from the sale of any product.
